1.處理訂單的時間為3-5個工作日（預購商品除外）。

It takes 3 to 5 working days to process your order ( except for pre-order items).

2. 已下單的貨品將寄送至買方在採購訂單中所提供的地址。    
The purchased goods shall be delivered to the address provided by the buyer in the purchase order.

3.請提供準確的地址，訂單生成後將不可進行任何修改。若地址有誤，請聯絡釀Niang Republic (011-18892632)以尋求幫助。
Please ensure that the address provided is accurate as we don’t allow amendments after your order number is generated. If the address is wrong, please contact 011-18892632 for help.

4.貨品寄送所報出的日期儘為估計日期，任何原因造成寄送延遲的情況不在本店的責任範圍內。
Any dates quoted or stated for the delivery of the goods are estimated only. Niang Republic shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.

5.貨品的配送範圍僅限於馬來西亞，其他地區一律不包括。   
The scope of product distribution is limited to Malaysia, and other regions will not be generalized.

6. 貨品將以DHL物流公司寄送。    
The purchased goods will be delivered through DHL logistic company.

7. 您亦可選擇預約後，到門市自取貨品。
Self-collection from our shop is allowed with appointment in advance.
